Understanding nature through atoms, minerals, and planets—from nanoscale materials to planetary systems.

I study natural samples from Earth and its Moon using geochemical techniques, especially secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) and atom probe tomography (APT). I also model the energetics and thermal evolution of the Moon and Archean Earth, connecting sample observations with planetary-scale processes.
